Comparing your Supply Chain to other similar Supply Chain is a great way to identify opportunities for Supply Chain improvement.
They need to be similar, at least in the same ‘Ball Park’, in things like:
- Business Size
- Number of SKUs
- Product Handling needs
- Product Temperature needs
- Number of orders processed
- Number of customers
